Ibiraci, Brazil: Ibiraci, known as “the tree mother” in the Tupi language, is situated in the southern region of Minas Gerais. It is renowned for its production of exceptional Brazilian coffees. The natural processing technique, combined with the ideal mix of altitude, rainfall, and temperature, contributes to a rich natural sweetness in the final cup.

Akawa Project, Burundi: As a component of the Akawa Project, this coffee was created to aid coffee farmers in Burundi in improving their livelihoods and breaking free from poverty through sustainable and economically feasible means. The project also funds UTZ certification, which emphasizes sustainable farming techniques and enhancements in working conditions.

A Word on Fire & Flow: Callum and Phil, longtime friends from primary school, united to pursue their dream of owning a coffee roastery. They envisioned sourcing and roasting exceptional specialty coffee in small batches for your enjoyment. Char, Phil’s wife whom he met in university, was brought on board to help turn their dream into reality. With her unwavering dedication and hard work, Fire & Flow was established. It’s worth noting that Char is also responsible for writing the website content. Our goal is to inspire others and share our expertise on maximizing the potential of specialty coffee. We have a simple mission – to appreciate the quality of the coffee bean and respect the dedicated farmers at the source.
