Paradise Mountain, Papua New Guinea (Washed): These smallholder family farms in the Western Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea cultivated this coffee. We obtained this batch solely from Paul Pora’s wet mill. Here, only the finest red, fully ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked for processing, creating a sweet and well-balanced brew.

Ibiraci, Brazil (Natural): Ibiraci, known as “the tree mother” in the Tupi language, is situated south of Minas Gerais and is renowned for its production of excellent Brazilian coffees. The natural processing technique, combined with the ideal mix of altitude, rainfall, and temperature, contributes to a rich natural sweetness in the final cup.
