The Barista course caters to individuals at any stage. It is beneficial for newcomers to the coffee world who possess minimal knowledge beyond consumption. Moreover, baristas with experience but lacking our training can also benefit greatly. Many seasoned coffee makers have completed our course and expressed significant learning. The course is enjoyable and suitable for all. Participants will acquire crucial barista skills, including understanding coffee origins, growth, harvesting, roasting, freshness, and packaging. The training covers producing high-quality espressos in detail, guiding you through each step such as calibrating a coffee grinder, dosing effectively, tamping coffee, and achieving optimal extraction.

    Improve Your Milk Steaming Techniques – A significant portion of our training is dedicated to mastering the art of steaming milk and creating cappuccinos and caffe lattes. Enhancing milk steaming and drink pouring skills constitutes approximately half of the course. Since cappuccinos and caffe lattes are the main beverages you will be serving, it is crucial to excel in this area. Additionally, you will be introduced to the world of latte art during the training.

    Hands-On – The course emphasizes practical experience to ensure your proficiency with both the equipment and coffee, with each participant typically preparing over 50 drinks during the program.

    LocationThe barista training takes place at our specialized training facility and roastery in Yorkshire. We have established a training center exclusively dedicated to barista training. This center is equipped with high-quality equipment and barista brewing tools, including a coffee roaster. Our training facility is specifically designed to create a comfortable and conducive learning environment. It is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for you to enhance your coffee knowledge.
