Introducing the initial fully automated coffee maker with a classic appearance: LaCimbali’s traditional C-shaped design. It features lever-operated manual steam wands made of stainless steel, along with stylish chrome accents on the hopper and frame. Boasting a dual-screen setup consisting of a 7-inch touchscreen and an 11-inch TFT display, complemented by a traditional keyboard, all meticulously crafted to ensure swift service.
The S60 coffee machine is designed for venues needing a high-performance unit capable of producing up to 260 espressos per hour, and 600 per day. These are unprecedented numbers for fully automatic machines. This coffee maker ensures seamless operation even during busy hours and delivers excellent cup quality. This is made possible by the advanced pre-heated metal coffee group and sophisticated sensor technology that oversees and regulates the infusion and delivery process.

The new barista-machine interaction offers a Wi-Fi module, USB port, premium acoustic speaker, and dynamic double interface. The manual steam wand includes a temperature sensor, lever control, and purge function. It is created to simplify and enhance the preparation of milk-based beverages for both novice and experienced baristas. The built-in sensor shows the milk temperature on the machine display.
The S60 can come with the Manual Smart Steam Wand and TurboSteam Cold Touch Milk4. TurboSteam Patented Technology allows for the automatic heating or frothing of large or small amounts of milk, ensuring consistent quality and professional barista standards. With TurboSteam in action, the barista can multitask, saving time and streamlining service. The programmable automatic steam wand can create four different hot milk recipes with varying levels of frothiness and temperature, resulting in a rich and smooth milk froth.
