Coffee basket holds 14-18g. We suggest 16g. Swap it for single-shot or high-extraction baskets if you like.

Tips for best results:

• Dose 16-18g of beans. Adjust for your taste and grind coarseness.
• Match the grind to a semi-auto espresso machine. Skip super-fine stuff. If extraction's tough, go coarser.
• Start with at least 50ml water. The machine uses 15-20ml in the process. So 50ml makes about 30-35ml espresso. Results vary by brew.
