The PID display controls the boiler and steam temperatures. This ensures you get the best flavour from any coffee bean.

A manometer shows the coffee brewing pressure. The ideal zone is between 8 and 12 bar. This range confirms your preparation steps were correct.

The versatile wand has an anti-scald handle. It provides hot water and steam for cafe-quality foam. Control water and steam with front levers. Adjust settings using the side knob.
