Mexico Mountain Water Decaf

Discover our Mexico Mountain Water Decaf, harvested from the Hustusco estate in Mexico's Veracruz region. The decaf beans we use are meticulously chosen from the Caturra, Cirollo, and Borbon varieties, cultivated at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level to ensure the best flavor possible.

This decaf, full of flavor, is Mountain Water certified and undergoes a distinct decaffeination process that conserves the coffee's natural essence. Each serving presents a delightful combination of spicy, chocolate, sweet, and lemon notes, complemented by a lively acidity and crisp finish. Indulge in the sumptuous taste of Mexico in every sip, minus the caffeine kick.

The Decaf MWP Mexico HG is a single estate coffee from the Finca La Laja farm near Huatusco village in Veracruz. The farm, owned by Hermilo Sampieri, has been producing coffee for three generations on approximately 500 hectares of land at 1,100 meters above sea level. The farm benefits from an average temperature ranging from 15 to 22 degrees Celsius, fertile soil, and a tropical climate with an annual rainfall of 2000 millimeters. La Laja farm is now certified for its sustainable production with RFA and 4C. The name "La Laja" originates from a common stone in the Huatusco, Veracruz region.
