Behind the Mazzer Coffee Grinder
The Mazzer Mini Electronic allows baristas to set a specific grind time for both single and double shots through the touch panel atop the dosing chamber. The digital display shows the selected shot time and records the total number of shots ground. The programmable buttons for single and double shots can be adjusted in 0.05-second steps. The grinder dispenses directly into the portafilter, reducing waste.
The Mazzer Mini Timer features a side-mounted control wheel that adjusts the grind time. The grinder runs while the timer is active and stops when it reaches zero. Users can change this timing to suit their needs.
