Monsoon Malabar Coffee – 60g

One of the standout options in our Asian coffee collection is Monsoon Malabar, sourced from the Malabar region in India, known for its high rainfall. This variety undergoes a distinctive process to enhance the beans’ rich flavors. Following the harvest, the Malabar beans are taken to open warehouses along the Malabar Coast. Here, they are left to be influenced by the damp winds of the monsoon season for approximately three to four months.

Golden Crema Coffee – 60g

This coffee blend is top-notch, offering a robust, rich, and bold flavor that exudes quality. Indulge in it any time of the day for a luxurious experience. Perfect for brewing a delightful espresso to perk you up midday, it truly shines as a base for your preferred filter coffees. Add steamed milk to bring out its luxurious texture, creating velvety lattes and cappuccinos that provide ultimate comfort.

Italian Coffee – 60g

Our Italian coffee is a lighter roast of our Continental blend, maintaining the great flavor without the oily attributes, perfect for smooth and intense espressos. Although typically enjoyed as an espresso, Italian coffee beans can also be used to create flavorful filter coffees, offering a strong and rich coffee experience to start your day.

Old Brown Java Coffee – 60g

Our robust Old Brown Java beans are perfect for espresso. These beans are aged as green beans for a minimum of two years before they are roasted. This aging process results in a rich body and intense flavor with minimal acidity. Many Javanese coffee producers favor this method of aging beans, which can extend up to three years. Additionally, during this period, green beans may undergo monsooning by being exposed to the warm, humid air of the rainy seasons.

Blue Sumatra Coffee – 60g

This robust Indonesian coffee originates from Sumatra, the second largest of the Indonesian islands, and is renowned as one of the top choices from the area. Indonesia ranks as the fourth largest coffee producer globally, benefitting from its unique geographical coordinates that create ideal micro-climates for cultivating a wide range of flavorful beans.

Barista Reserve Coffee – 60g

This smooth and mild blend is a versatile coffee option perfect for business meetings, corporate events, and other occasions where a universally pleasing coffee is desired. With its subtle and delightful flavors, this blend provides a pleasant and seamless coffee experience, free from excessive bitterness or acidity.

Director’s Coffee – 60g

It delivers a strong kick uncommon in other blends while maintaining a nuanced flavor profile not typically found in bolder coffees. Continental Coffee – 60g

This bold coffee is rich in flavor and ideal for fans of strong, dark roasts that deliver a bold taste. Our Continental blend is the most intensely roasted coffee we have, providing a heavenly blend of intense scents and well-balanced, oily, rich flavors. Due to the robust nature of this exceptional coffee, we suggest using it primarily for powerful espressos, although it can also create flavorful filter coffees with a subtle acidity and a strong kick.

Java Santos Coffee – 60g

This combination of Indonesian Java and Brazilian Santos produces a robust coffee with rich flavor, free of bitterness. Java, known as Kopi Jawa in Indonesia, is a strong, slightly sweet coffee that complements Santos’ light body and low acidity. The harmonious flavors result in a luxurious blend ideal for espresso, but also suitable for a French press or as a foundation for various filter coffees.

Dark Colombian Coffee – 60g

The Dark Colombian coffee we offer is a bit stronger than our Colombian Medium Roast. This makes it a versatile option for brewing in a cafetiere, as filter coffee, or for making intense espressos. Made from Medellin Excelso beans from Colombia’s Cordillera Central in the Andes, this exceptional coffee showcases the high-quality traits of Colombian coffee beans, such as a rich aroma, deep luxuriousness, and sweet notes of fruit and chocolate.
