Clear Pressure Dial Shows Brew Pressure Live - The IKAPE hand press has a see-through gauge for watching extraction pressure as it happens. Change your crank speed by the dial to manage the pressure. About six full turns often bring clear changes. Don't rush the crank – keep a steady, good speed and check the gauge to guide the pressure.

Piston Stop Design, Hand-Pulled Back Suction, Easy Clean Without Drips -  The IKAPE maker's brew head runs on a piston. It pushes down to press on the coffee. Keep cranking, and the piston moves lower. The team added a stop sensor: feel a bounce, and the piston has hit bottom. Then, turn the handle back (anti-clockwise) to pull the piston up.

Hot water often lingers in the head after the shot. Turn back to suck it up and stop drips. Now, lift the portafilter safely and set a milk jug below. Pull the plunger out to break the suck, so leftover water falls into the jug and keeps things tidy below.
