LaCimbali technology enables the G50 to interact with the espresso machine. The PGS feature monitors 100% of the coffee by facilitating communication between the machine and grinder-doser, leading to self-adjustment of the grind for a consistently excellent cups. The Stabilizer utilizes an automatic dose-compensation algorithm to adjust the coffee dose accurately whenever the grind size is altered. With the BDS system, there is no coffee wastage caused by recipe errors.
