T3 Genius – Our new T3 Genius technology puts full control of the brew into the barista’s hands. It offers precise tools to help achieve perfect results, leading to better performance and unmatched efficiency.

T3 stands for three different temperatures, and Genius means we’ve improved our engine. We believe it’s that good. This technology is our most advanced so far, yet it remains easy to use and eco-friendly.

Gravitech – Gravimetric technology provides the barista with increased levels of control over an espresso pour, leading to even better consistency of coffee drinks.

Sustainability – The Maverick is the most energy-efficient espresso machine Victoria Arduino has ever built. It uses 37% less power than older models. It features advanced heat recovery technology (TERS) that reuses leftover heat to warm incoming water, cutting down on energy use.

The machine heats only the water needed for each shot, which helps prevent waste. Its steam system uses half as much water but delivers twice the pressure. This results in richer, more stable foam with less leftover water. The Maverick is made with fewer materials overall and has a redesigned stainless steel steam boiler. These improvements help it perform well while lowering its environmental impact.
