Cafe Ole’s 6-cup Moka Pot allows you to create maximum taste when making coffee from your own kitchen. It features a 750ml capacity chamber, a classic aluminium design and creates amazing coffee.
The Moka Pot is often referred to as “stovetop” coffee or an “Italian coffee maker”. A mystery to some, but to others it’s the ticket to enjoy espresso ground fine coffee.
- Fill the bottom chamber with cold water, about 2 thirds full.
- Place the filter over the top, filled with freshly ground coffee.
- Screw the upper chamber on to the bottom chamber and filter, being sure to keep it all level to avoid spillages.
- Make sure that the moka pot is screwed shut completely.
- Place on the stove and apply a low heat beneath it.
- At this point the water will be heating gently and rising up through the fresh coffee, towards the spout in the upper chamber.
- Keep a close eye on your moka pot whilst heating.
- When the coffee starts to splutter, you’re ready to go.
- Remove from the heat and pour from the upper chamber using the handle.
