Within our local Alpine lagoons lies a serene beauty of vibrant colors, notably an extraordinary turquoise that shimmers under the sun or against the snow. Inspired by this joyous and sparkling color, we have infused it into our cherished C40 Mk4 Nitro Blade® to share with the world. Our C40 Mk4 ‘Alpine Lagoon’ features a durable powder coating, free of aluminum, and completely food-safe. It delivers exceptional grind performance, engineered to endure for generations, proudly crafted in Germany.

The Comandante C40 Nitro Blade Grinder revolutionizes the art of coffee-making from scratch. The natural oak wood knob provides a comfortable grip, complemented by the sturdy stainless steel body with enhanced grip for effortless grinding. The accessible grind setting dial on the burrs’ underside ensures convenience. With high-alloyed stainless steel burrs and double axle bearings, the grinder ensures precise particle consistency, from espresso to Turkish grind, setting it apart from other manual grinders.

The grinder comes with clear and brown jars for grinding and storing beans, designed with enduring durability in mind. The MK4 version introduces several enhancements. Designed for full compatibility with the MK3 model, it maintains familiarity while offering remarkable new features.

Notable improvements include a lighter and more robust polymer bean jar, providing better weight consistency for brewing competitions and doubling as a heat-insulated cup for on-the-go brewing. The redesigned axel frame prevents beans from getting stuck, and the grinder now comes in a smaller box with enhanced protection, accompanied by a manual crafted from sustainable materials.
