This coffee blend is the Belfast Coffee Roasters’ signature, marking the beginning of our business. It is named after the Soho foundry owned by the MacAdam brothers, where our roastery is situated. This area was a hub of industry in Belfast during the early 1800s. McAdam’s Soho Foundry was established in the 1820s, coinciding with significant advancements in iron and brass foundry industries in Belfast. Foundry was created to encompass our coffee preferences, offering a diverse blend. It comprises coffees from Brazil, Honduras, and Papua New Guinea, all of which are either certified or sourced transparently. The coffee is rich and full-bodied, with fruity sweetness and hints of syrupy redcurrant and sloe berry. It has a crisp buttered toast flavor, with notes of brioche, almonds, and honey emerging in the finish.
