P1 mode is for pour-over coffee brewing, allowing you to track the amount and time of water used. P2 mode focuses on the powder-to-water ratio, calculating this based on the information from P1. The E mode is specifically for espresso, which can start automatically and record both the time and weight of the concentrate during a stable extraction.

Real-Time Stability Line – The IKAPE electronic scale comes with a new stability line that shows the amount of water added and the stability of the concentrate extraction. This feature helps you improve the consistency of your water flow while brewing.
