Mocha Java is a renowned coffee blend made from two distinct arabica beans from Indonesia and Yemen, known for its mild and complex flavor profile of fruit, chocolate, and spiciness. It is well-balanced and perfect for filter or French press brewing.
Kenya Reserve is a medium-strength blend that incorporates Kenya Peaberry for a slightly fruity acidity complementing the roasted, nutty Central American base. Despite its strength, it is not overly roasted, making it suitable for various filtered coffee methods and French press brewing.
Caribbean Blend is a mild coffee sourced from top Caribbean coffee growers, showcasing the region’s finest bean varieties. Carefully selected for their flavors, this blend is perfect for all-day enjoyment and is great for French press and filter coffee preparations.
Tanzania – Our medium strength Tanzania coffee is grown in the shade, a process that involves planting coffee under specially selected trees, such as banana trees. This method reduces the risk of the plants and beans burning in higher temperatures before harvest. Tanzania’s main exported crops include coffee, with plantations dedicated to cultivating both robusta and, more commonly, arabica beans in regions like North Kilimanjaro, the Usambara Mountains, Morogoro, Kigoma, Ngara, and other high-yielding areas.
Papua New Guinea – Our Papua New Guinea coffee features a unique chocolate and nut flavor, with a finish of mango and papaya that is both pungent and fruity. The beans are hand-picked and sun-dried to preserve these full flavors. Coffee production in Papua New Guinea is predominantly located in the country’s five highland provinces: Western Highlands, Eastern Highlands, Simbu, Morobe, and East Sepik.
