The Growing Regions
Blending coffee for wholesale and events use is a technique for achieving a specific taste and profile of the coffee. This particular blend is a mash-up of Indian coffee and Brazilian coffee.
Brazilian coffee is well-known for its gentle, mellow, and harmonious flavor profile, frequently featuring hints of chocolate, nuts, and a touch of fruitiness. As the biggest coffee producer globally, Brazil provides a wide array of coffees, encompassing different single-origin and specialty selections. The predominant varieties are Arabica and Robusta, with a predilection for natural and pulped natural processing techniques that elevate sweetness and fullness. Brazilian coffee is adaptable, rendering it appropriate for espresso, filtered coffee, and beverages with milk.
Indian coffee is mainly cultivated in the southern regions of Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. It is recognized for its unique flavor characteristics, which commonly include spicy, earthy, and chocolatey undertones. India grows both Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, with a considerable amount being cultivated in shaded areas to promote biodiversity. The nation is renowned for its monsooned coffee, a process in which beans are exposed to monsoon winds, resulting in a distinct mild flavor profile with reduced acidity. Indian coffee is well-suited for a range of brewing techniques, including espresso and filter coffee.
Who Would Love It?
We totally understand that each coffee shop has its own identity, and a coffee needs to reflect this. Every café, coffee shop, office, or event should have outstanding coffee to serve, but it’s important to be able to match your coffee to your drinker, right?
Espresso enthusiasts would flock to a nutty wholesale coffee blend. It has rich flavours that can be enjoyed as the foundations of a milky coffee drink, and is mellow and enjoyable consumed as just espresso! It is a real people pleaser, and suitable for all-day coffee drinking in all brewing equipment types.
Why A Jaguar and a Tiger Image?
The jaguar is the national animal of Brazil, and the tiger if the national animal of India!
Celebration of the countries of origin is so important to us at All Things Coffee. We predominantly do this by teaming up with suppliers, and selling coffee with a Direct Trade, or Fairtrade setup. We want to help to lead the fixing of the damage that has been done to the supply chain, and make sure that ethically sourcing the UK’s coffee is the new norm.
