Our mild Kivu coffee offers a unique fruity flavor and distinctive aromas, perfect for filter or French press brewing. Situated near Lake Kivu in the mountainous region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kivu benefits from lush vegetation and fertile volcanic soil, ideal for growing high-quality arabica beans.
Nicaraguan coffee is a mild, medium-strength option with a great taste suitable for filter coffee any time of day. Coffee cultivation began in Nicaragua in the mid-1800s, and it remains a key trade product. Regions like Matagalpa and Jinotega are renowned for producing exceptional coffees in the Isabelia and Dariense mountain ranges.

For espresso lovers, our strong Old Brown Java beans are aged as green beans for a minimum of two years before roasting. This process results in a full-bodied coffee with a robust flavor and low acidity. Aging beans is a common practice among Javanese coffee producers, with some beans aged up to three years and ‘monsooned’ by exposure to warm, moist air during the rainy seasons.
