When caffeine levels become excessive later in the day, a blend with rich depth and flavor, yet it is easy to overlook its reduced caffeine content.

The Growing Regions

Blending coffee for wholesale and events use is a technique for achieving a specific taste and profile of the coffee.

Introducing our latest creation – a coffee blend with only 50% of the caffeine content. This unique mix combines 50% decaffeinated coffee made from our Peruvian Swiss Water Decaf with the other half sourced from our Direct Trade Nicaraguan La Bastilla.

A delightful option for those seeking a coffee with reduced caffeine levels. The Nicaraguan Jinotega estate is situated within a natural reserve amidst mountains, where cherries are carefully handpicked based on the specific microclimates of each farm to enhance their flavors.

Through the Teach a Man to Fish charity, we support three children in attending the technical college at La Bastilla, equipping them with skills in tourism, animal husbandry, and farming. The Peruvian beans come from the Alto Mayo Agricultural Coffee Cooperative, established on July 15, 2012, by a group of 15 individuals aiming to unite their passions and beliefs while eliminating the need for middlemen. Their coffee production process involves using pure water and osmosis to create coffee that is 99.9% caffeine-free.
